Return Policies

Returns

We have a 30 day policy for all returns and refunds, counting down from the arrival date of your item. Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges after this window.

Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.  It must also be in the original packaging. 

We reserve the right to only offer a partial refund if there are obvious signs of wear on an item.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Non-refundable items:

  • Gift cards
  • Digital download items
  • Physical adventure or module content

If you need to create a return, please reach out to oink@foxandpiggy.com. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are damaged. If an item arrived damaged as a result of our error, let us know and we will arrange to have replacement or parts sent to you.

If the wrong item is sent, we will provide a label at our own cost to return the wrong item. We will ship the correct item at our own cost.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver.

Shipping

For returns, we can provide a discounted carrier label that can be deducted from the cost of your refund, or you can ship on your own.

We recommend if you are self-shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We will not refund items that are shipped but not received due to an error with your self-shipping service.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first contact your credit card company or banking institution. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at oink@foxandpiggy.com.
